? Return & Refund Policy – Rivola
At RIvola, we care about your satisfaction. To
ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please read our return and
refund policy carefully before placing an order.
? Return Policy
- We only
accept returns in front of the delivery person (rider).
- Once
you receive the product, please check it thoroughly while the
delivery rider is present.
- If you
are not satisfied with the item, you may return it immediately to
the rider by paying the delivery charge:
- Inside
Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside
Dhaka: ৳140
- Returns
will not be accepted after the rider has left or if the product
is checked later.
- Products
must be returned in the same condition they were delivered (unused,
unwashed, with original packaging and tags).
? Advance Payment Policy
- We never
ask for full advance payment.
- Rivola only
requests the delivery charge (DC) in advance for order
confirmation.
- Please do
not pay the full amount in advance — if full payment is made by
the customer, Rivola will not take any responsibility in
case of loss or issue.
- Always
confirm payment details through our official number or page only.
? Delivery Delays & Compensation
- If
there is any delay from our end, we refund the delivery
charge only as compensation.
- We
appreciate your patience and understanding during unexpected delays (such
as weather, strikes, etc.).

- Always check
your product in front of the rider to ensure quality.
- Do
not share personal or payment details with unofficial sources
claiming to represent Rivola.
- Rivola
is not liable for risks taken outside our official return/payment
instructions
